Policies
Due to the nature of availability, cancellations within a 24 hour period are subject to a $10 non-refundable deposit per person. Cancellations made prior to 24 hours are fully refundable. Weather related cancellations are determined by the management and 100% refundable.

Directions
Parkway (North) Exit 29, Parkway (South) Exit 30. Both Exits follow signs to Ocean City Route 52. Look for the gray ticket booth. Large parking lot with free parking.
